Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

- Custom or personalized items
- Sale and clearance items
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return

- Include photos of the item if it is defective or damaged.
- We will email you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Discreet Packaging
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no product details visible. Your privacy is protected.
