Terms of Service

These Terms apply to every order placed with GiGifts (“we”, “us”). By checking out, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

1. What we sell

GiGifts sells non-piercing body jewelry (clip-on, magnetic, and tie-on pieces), clear retainers for healed piercings, lingerie, and related accessories. Descriptions, sizes, and materials are listed on each product page. Colors can look slightly different on your screen than in person.

Our jewelry is fashion jewelry. Nothing we sell is a medical device, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a skin condition, an allergy to certain metals, or you are pregnant, read the product page carefully and check with your doctor before wearing body jewelry. Do not use our products on broken or irritated skin.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to give accurate contact and delivery details. We can refuse or cancel an order if we believe the information is false, the order was placed to resell at scale, or the item is mispriced.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and can change at any time, but a completed order keeps the price you paid. The payment methods we accept are shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed by email once payment clears. If a price or stock error happens before we ship, we will contact you to confirm or cancel that line of the order with a full refund for it.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide with tracking. Orders over $29 ship free in the United States. Parcels leave in plain outer packaging with no product names or photos on the label. Delivery windows and full details are on our Shipping & Discreet Packaging page. The delivery window shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee; carrier delays are outside our control.

5. Returns

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of body jewelry, lingerie, or other intimate items once the packaging has been opened, unless the item arrived faulty. Full conditions are on our Refund and Returns Policy page.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site: no scraping at scale, no fraudulent orders, no attempts to break in, and no resale of our product photos or descriptions as your own. If your activity harms the store or other customers, we can block your access and cancel open orders.

7. Our content

Product photos, descriptions, and the design of this site belong to GiGifts. You may share links to our pages freely, but you may not copy our content for commercial use without written permission.

8. Disclaimer and liability

This site and its contents are provided “as is”. We work hard to keep listings accurate, but we do not promise that the site is error-free or always available. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes

We can update these Terms as the store evolves. The version shown on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
