Include your order number if you have one. For sizing questions, send the product name and we will check the measurements for you.
Before you write
- Where is my order? Tracking is emailed when the parcel ships. Check your spam folder first, then email us with the order number.
- Can I change my order? Email us as soon as possible. Once a parcel has a tracking number it is already with the carrier.
- Returns — see Refund and Returns Policy. For hygiene reasons, opened intimate apparel and body jewelry cannot be returned.

Response times
We answer emails Monday to Friday. Messages sent over the weekend are answered on the next business day. We do not offer phone support.
